THE DESIGN PROCESS
From the initial consultation to the final details, our design process is thoughtful, collaborative and tailored to your space. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, ideas and priorities, creating a considered landscape that is both beautiful and practical.
-
Understanding your vision
A 1-hour on-site consultation to discuss your ideas, lifestyle, and what you'd like to see in the project. We assess the site and explore opportunities for outdoor areas, pools, entertaining spaces and gardens.
You'll receive a Design Proposal outlining project scope, deliverables and fees.
-
Bringing your ideas to life
We begin by bringing together our site analysis, your brief, council requirements and our design experience to create a concept plan and moodboard. Together, they set the direction for your garden: the layout, key planting areas, materials and design elements, so you can clearly picture your future outdoor space.
Once the concept is ready, we'll schedule a meeting to discuss your thoughts and refine the design together.
-
Turning the concept into a detailed plan
Once the concept is approved, we develop the detailed landscape drawings needed to bring your design to life. Depending on your project, this may include planting plans, material selections, setting-out plans, specifications and documentation required for approvals or construction.
-
Connecting you with the right professionals
To help make the next stage of your project easier, we can recommend trusted suppliers, builders, landscapers and other qualified trades where appropriate. We help connect you with professionals who are suited to your project and design requirements.
Pricing
Landscape design fees are quoted individually based on the size of your garden, project scope and level of design detail required.
After an initial discussion about your space and what you’d like to achieve, Nathalia will provide a tailored quote for your project.
